These homeowners had a large unusable space below their deck that they were looking to transform into a functional outdoor space. By adding a custom seat wall and patio the lake sky team was able to fulfill their vision. We then created a stairway consisting of multiple landings to allow access to the deck and patio down a steep side of the home.
